Mayfran übernimmt britische Firma für Späneabsauganlagen

Mayfran International has expanded its product and service capabilities with the acquisition of Bolton, England based Hardman Maintenance Engineering Ltd. The firm is the point of the Mayfran Group’s new competence center for pneumatic chip handling technology. Located at Bury near Manchester, the new facility was opened 15 April 2008. The acquisition provides Mayfran International with both new product capabilities and better resources to service its customers in the United Kingdom. Hardman Maintenance Engineering Ltd. has particular product expertise in the design and deployment of pneumatic chip handling systems, especially for machining operations in aerospace environments. This solution brings significant cost savings and operational improvements versus manual or other chip removal processes.
